Receiving your rights

For rollback rights, a user must have 90 or more edits (not mainly consisting of comments, blog posts, and/or very minor edits). To become an administrator, a person must have the trust of other administrators and over 200 edits, they must also act maturely and appropriately. One must ask a bureaucrat to become an administrator.

Please note that all Total Jerkface staff and moderators do not need to meet the following goals to be given administrator rights, as they will automatically be given them.

Also note that these rights may be removed due to inactivity.

Article Format

Certain articles and infoboxes have a specific format.

Infoboxes

Infoboxes are usually only made for featured levels and objects and tools from the level editor.

For Featured Levels

The infobox for Jim Bonacci's featured level Obstacle Course? is shown below.

{{Infobox
      Box title = Obstacle Course?
      image = File:ObstacleFail?.png
      caption = Featured Level
      Row 1 title = Creator
      Row 1 info = Jim Bonacci
      Row 2 title = Date created
      Row 2 info = May 19th, 2010
      Row 3 title = Play count
      Row 3 info = 23,000,000+
      Row 4 title = Rating
      Row 4 info = 4.27 (44,000+ votes)
      Row 5 title = Playable character
      Row 5 info = Any}}

As you can see, each row is titled specifically in that order. The play count only has the first two numbers edited. This is done to avoid excessive edits for the play count. A plus (+) is used to signify the level has more plays than listed. This also applies to ratings; the first two numbers are edited, with a "+" to show that there are more votes than listed.

For Objects/Tools in the Level Editor

The infobox for the Spike Set item found in the Level Editor is shown below.

{{Infobox
   Box title = Spike set
   image = File:Spike_Set.png
   imagewidth = 300
   caption = Level editor item
   Row 1 title = Object type
   Row 1 info = Special item
   Row 2 title = Special item category
   Row 2 info = Hazard
   Row 3 title = Available in Happy Wheels since version
   Row 3 info = 1.0}}

This infobox shown below is the Polygon tool, also found in the Level Editor.

{{Infobox
   Box title = Polygons
   image = File:Polygons.png
   imagewidth = 200
   caption = Level editor tool
   Row 1 title = Object type
   Row 1 info = Polygons (poly)
   Row 2 title = Available in Happy Wheels since version
   Row 2 info = 1.55}}

Featured Level Article Format

Articles that talk about a specific featured level have a specified format. First, the level name, its current rating (along with the number of votes), its current number of plays, and the playable character(s) are given in that order.

Then, a new section, named "Gameplay", will describe the entire level and how to complete it. This section will contain spoilers and secrets, so read at your own risk!

After the gameplay section, any honors and/or trivia that the level has will be added in their own sections. The last section of the article will be the gallery, which consists of images that show small parts of the level, eventually showing almost everything that the level contains. Again, this section will contain spoilers and secrets!
